titan panel.. need help!

I downloaded titan panel and extracted all the files from WinZip and made a new file in AddOns:

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\Titan.1.24.1500

But when i start up WoW and get to log page it doesnt come up in the Addon button the other mods i have are:
bufftimer
AutoPetFeeder
I have also tryed to download a lot of other mods but i want this one the most

any and all help would be awesome

the string to the lua file should be
/World of Warcraft/Interface/Add ons/TitanPanel/Titanpanel.LUA

img guessing yours is more like
/World of Warcraft/Interface/Add ons/Titan.1.24.1500//Interface/Add ons/TitanPanel/Titanpanel.LUA

that would be my first guess at least

all versions I d/l of titan the folder that is to be placed in interface/addons is named 'titan' and nothing else, no version number or nothing ...

The version 1.2.5 is wonderful. I'm using it these days.
