Help with Mod!

I just downloaded the Recap mod but I have no idea how to get it to work. I read the instructions on how to but I just dont get it. Maybe if anyone can dumb it down for me I would get it lol.

Ok I read through all of the FAQs now, the only question I have is on those incorrect and correct pictures, do I need ModFolderA and B for only one mod? Because the only one I downloaded was Recap. I also made the other Mod folders just incase. Any walkthroughs from here will help. Thanx.

I got the recap working now I downloaded the MobHealth mod and its out of date what do I do for out of date mods?
