newb question

How do I port all framelocations/keybindings/misc settings between toons? I spent like forever setting up a nice multi-class UI that I like - only to find I have no clue how to make it so that multiple toons can benefit. Some parts of the UI have built-in features that lets you load settings from other toons, but all my custom keybindings are hidden somewhere and I can't seem to find them to make them available for all toons. I don't mind so much if I have to copy some file or whatever hehe. I just don't know where to look.

Am I looking at doing it all over again for each toon?
