The problem, I believe, is that in China they are not running the same version (or patch if you want) of WoW as over here. They're still running ye ol' 3.1 version. I don't remember the exact details why but the chinese version of WoW could for example not display any exposed bones - which of course is a problem due to the nature of the latest expansion.

That will not magically make things work. There is a reason Blizzard has the "Enable out of date addons" checkmark from the AddOns selection screen.

If the UI pack is broken due to API changes between 3.1.3 to 3.3.x, the only thing that can be done is to find versions of each AddOn which were specifically made for 3.1.3.

I Designed a new Ui with some addons work in version 3.13.

Rufio ui is NOT designed for wow 3.13... If I want to use it, I have to displace All of the addons to version 3.13, but It's Impossible.
