[help] grid and bartender settings

First of all sorry for copy+paste my post from other forum just got redirected here

Hello as i am very new to the forum or to the tukui i really need a help.
for a long time i was using preset uis which were better or worser, recently i swaped to the tukui - which is amazing ui.
As with that i have some problems - specialy with grid and bartender settings.
I managed to set any other addon w hich i want (with the help of this forum) but i constantly failing with grid and bartender.

Basicaly what i want to acheive is to have a grid on the left side of screen (just how i seen on the pics of the jesje uis) but im unable to do that - anyone knows the settings maybe?, also i want it to be shown (as grid only) when im in raid, not always.
Second thing: how to set bartender so it will be placed same as normal acionbars?
