Threat on nameplates

So I had to search google to find this but I'd like to know if this shows your threat on the mobs nameplate, or other players threat on their nameplate

I've lost a few dps due to AOE pulls and I didn't see the fifth mob that doesn't get hit by righteous hammer, and well suffice to say seeing their threat on their target will do nothing for me.
