.... that's the default ui's combat text system with a different font set up, there's many addons available on wowinterface that do that. as to what font their using i have no idea.

The images are a different addon. DoomCooldownPulse or PowerAuras or.... The "circle" you see is for the player's combat text. In your Interface Options under Combat Text, the very last option for the player's text area is animation style. The one in the video is "Arc".

Those are default interface options, you don't need an addon for that.

Right click on the Chat Tab (the tab that says "General"), then there is an option to allow changing the color of bhe background. For the raid frames you will need to goto your Interface Options (<ESC> then select Interface). One of the options will be show a background for raid frames.

In game, when moving the pointer to the chatbox, it will show background. But in that video, no need to move pointer to the chatbox, it showed its background. How can i do that ?

d500thanh, re-read Zyonix' post. He tells you how to change the background color that shows all the time - right-click the "General" tab, click "Background", choose a background color.

When you right click the chat tab about two thirds of the way down the menu is an option for "Background" with a small dark square next to it. Click on it and you will get the Blizzard "color picker". The two vertical sliders on the right determine the color density and transparency of the chat panel background.
