Name Colors

Can somebody make something / provide info on what to edit to allow me to change the display color of Player/Mob names in game?

In crowded areas it would be awesome to be able to see groupmember names (in the game window) a different color than, say, everybody else.

I came from eq2 and can't get over not being able to easily pick out friendly targets. All this light blue/purple stuff is driving me insane.
