Question Chat Window
I want a background to this so I can see what is being said in all terrains. Plus, can we have it moveable?

right click the chat window tab. all the options are there. Background Opacity,Lock/unlock, font size. Once you've made sure the window is unlocked drap the window by clicking and on the tab.
