Action bar background

its really a simple question, and i hope its a simple answer or a simple mod..

I wanna replace the blizzard frame. im gonna use bongos, for its snap feature. but like all of the good bar mods, i don't like how there is no background. basically the icons just hangin in open space, i want to have a background behind the block of action bars.

Also try eePanels. All it does is make simple frames (you can pick color, if there's a gradient or not, and 3 border styles already present in the game) you can place anywhere on the screen.

Or... ElectrofluxTextronator is a variation on xArt - you can change which panels you're using from in the game and it comes with its own viewport.
