anyone know any way I can make my buffs go down the right side like this UI? with the whole name written in the bars?

there are at least a few mods of that sort, with a few different options but relatively minimal differences in functionality.

an extremely quick search (i.e. Downloads -> Buff Mods -> pick one) turns up Elkano's BuffBar

you also got CT_BuffMod witch acts the same way. and you can flip the bar so the icon is on the right and it depletes from left to right

not sure about the casting bar - but it looks like ocb

the unit frames are x-perl unitframes

Actually, the casting bar looks like eCastingBar.

or cbRipoff, im guessin cbRipoff, or rather, would suggest it over eCB

But CBRipoff doesn't have a target casting bar. oCB might not either, but I don't recall...
