If you offered some information about where you saw/got the screenshot we might be able to help more.

Apart from the individual addons that have already been identified this is obviously a compilation UI so you'd be best served looking for the name of the full package.

Some one posted this in the forums here before talking about what the Chinese players do with their UI's. Never seen it outside of that post and this one and now I can't find the other one.

Most ppl in the chinese threads are kinda bashing that UI though, and aren't mentioning any name of the UI
