An addon to change default blizz window skins?

For windows like the character, guild, achieve, etc. windows, is there an addon that would enable me to introduce custom backgrounds/borders? I try to achieve a sci-fi look to my UI

Also any links to cool sci-fi looking artwork, fonts, etc. PLZ LINK!

I believe Skinner does this but I am not 100% sure on this as I don't use it.

Confirmed. Skinner + any of the various media addons will be able to give you just about any look you can come up with.

AI-Art does this.

Not for a Sci-Fi look, though. He'd have to go through and draw/create each texture manually in order to do it the "AI-Art way".

I'd have to agree with Seerah, AI-ART is simple and clean, and gives a much cleaner look/feel, to the original graphics~
