Several AddOns not registering with Minion

Many addons are not registering with Minion. If I know, for example, that XPerl is updated (by checking this site) and I have it installed, Minion does not detect it. I can search for it, install it, and update it as long as it's within the same session, but tomorrow Minion will not know that I have it installed.

There are several mods like this. TipTac, RDX base, XPerl, BindPad and others that I regularly use.

I believe what you're experiencing is the already acknowledged bug 289 (http://www.mmoui.com/bugs/view.php?id=289)
