Question for Druid Shapeshifting

I have my first bar setup for all my forms. 4 pages for Humanoid/Bear/Cat/Stealth. Most of this works fine.

Conditions:
If form humanoid, change page 1
If form bear, change page 2
If form cat, change page 3
If buff active prowl, change page 4
If buff in-active prowl, change page 3

Now every once in awhile my bar changes to my cat form bar while I should be in humanoid. Shifting to cat then back fixes this, but it is very annoying. I assume it has something to do with the way I setup the conditions for prowl. Is there a better way to do this? Or am I missing something simple?

Could try Overridden By: 1 on the Buff Inactive - Prowl condition, 1 being the number of the Shapeshift Form Active - Humanoid condition.

it may something as simple as your scrolling your wheel over bar one and dont notice it! you can turn that off in your main bar options.
