Bongos Selfcast Help

Hi, I'm currently using the latest release Bongos 2 and am experiencing the following problem:

I use alt as my self cast modifier. This works fine for skills bound to single buttons (eg. 1, 2, r) but does not work for binding that themselves contain modifiers (eg. shift-1, ctrl-2). Does anyone know how to work around this? Thanks in advance,
