Looking for a flying mount mod

Two things I would like to have a mod do when i'm on a flying mount:

1-temporarilly disable 'smart following' camera style (re-enable when on the ground if it was before you started flying)

2-project a thin red(?) horizontal line across the UI that approximates the bird's current pitch. A kind of artificial horizon.

The point here is that I'd like to be able to see where I'm pointed (relative to horizontal flight, or relative to the actual horizon) without having to swing the camera down and behind the bird every time. I usually change directions with the right mouse button, and when you do that it resets the camera angle which can be annoying if you're trying to look at something or keep your perspective.

Anyway, will the UI allow this sort of mod?
