how to get chat on top of image?

Hi ,
I am trying to use a image on the bottom of my screen but can' get the chat and other thing snot built in to RDX to sit on top of it.

How do I make it stay below everything else on my screen ?

Hello just wondering if any one at all is going tot replay to any of my questtions.

I still have not figed how to do this , I have tried changing the alfa with no luck.

The chat frame is in the background stratum by default.

From the desktop main feature, you can level up the chat frame to put a texture behind.
