Switching fullscreen/window causes reloadui, fix?

This is really annoying. Before 7.x the game never reloaded ui. But now when ever I switch between full screen and window. It has to reload the UI.

I don't like alt-tabbing from full screen. It causes things to bug out. Like get disconnected if you flight path lands. Someone sends you an invite you don't hear it. Music keeps looping. All happen when alt-tabbed out from full screen. So instead I switch to window mode instead.
