Looking for help reviving a Ui

Is there any Coders out there that would be interested in helping me Revive this interface

id love to have it all Lua coded but to be honest i have no idea on where to even start, but the origonal concept for this Ui was to Keep the screen clear of clutter while still providing enough Versitility to still handle pretty much anything thrown at it

the other Key feature of this Ui was that i tried to Design it for both Mouse/Keyboard and a Joypad using keystroke emulation was trick but it worked a treat back in its day

if anyone would be kind enought to help me revive this, id be most appreciative

Download it and update the Addons all of them are still around and been updated so thats all you have to do... should take ya like 10 mins tops to look for all those addons here on the site and update them...

Here i upoloaded it and updated all the mods should work with WoTLK now
