Looking for a addon to take of the little square when u put u mouse on some player

it is the little square that when u put the mouse on a player it appears down right side and u got name ,lvl and guild of the person or if it;s on raid just the name of the add , + lvl (elite or not)
i would like to now what is the addon that can move it or just take it off for making my uI

That element is called the tooltip. There should be quite a few addons that can allow you to manipulate it.

Tooltip Category is where you want to start.
