Is this addon still alive?

There used to be a Druid mod, that when you were in a form, and clicked another form, it would shift you out to biped form, and into the form you clicked without having to hit the button again.

Does this mod still exist? I have searched the net, did searches on every WoW UI mod site, to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is now built into the client. You don't need an addon to do it.

No need to shift to squishy caster form anymore, yay ! I have been loving this since the change was made and pissing off Frost Mages and others that would try to kite me.
