Help Please!!!

I had mazzle for a while now and love it... well my puter got a bad virus and i had to get a new hard drive and reinstall everything... It worked perfect before that and now... i can't even get the last button to pop up... i have installed the patch but like the poor guy on the download page this is what mine looks like.. http://img63.imageshack.us/my.php?im...vbvbuvbwj2.jpg

Ok got some stuff fixed but still remaining issues so it wont let me complete mazzlfication... pic still looks the same though so please click link to see screen shot
