Fubar Plugins and Profiles

Hey all,

anytime I was switch characters I have to reset which addons are displayed. I 'could' go into the Addons interface at the character selection screen and disable things like ammoFu and critterinfofu on my shaman only, but why?

I'm curious if this is an issue with Fubar itself (working as intended) or if it's an issue with the various addons. If it's the addons, is there a (mostly) universal way to fix it? I don't mind learning a new skill if required, unless it would be far more work than a scripting noob armed with a manual and instructions could figure out.
