Quest Thingy

While just getting started on a alt of mine i had to install mazzle on him so i get lvling then out of no where this annoying questtracker pops up right on my spells....

Heres screen shot its around the map/spells red/yellow

Any ideas feel free to post and thx in adv.

please look before posting, one of these pops up just about every day it seems, theres a number of threads out there on this exact same thing.
