You know, it looks a heckuva lot like Charcoal or 123NoobCoal.

Charcoal is the basic starter point for that UI, and after that, I can't really tell what they've added.

sorry, but that is not Charcoal. I use Charcoal, have it set up for 3 accounts 20+ toons on 5 pc's....I 'know' Charcoal very well.

Try here Discord Site , I'm sure it's Discord...but 99% sure not charcoal.

yeah discord needs to come with a **** ton of instructions because im totaly lost
