Grid2 unable to add my own status buffs

I was trying to add my own status buff to Grid2, but was unable to find the input bar that normally shows up on that tab.

(All I wanted was to add in Earth Shield, since it mysteriously disappeared from my Grid2 buffs, but I realized I couldn't even add anything in at all.)
