NPC_SCAN Overlay:Lunarfall (Garrison) Problems

I've noticed a few problems while in my garrison.

1. The garrison man itself either looks like the WoW minimap (too zoomed in) or it uses the regular garrison map, but too zoomed out so it's small and in the middle.
2. The mine map almost never works right. It's usually just a big black square. It makes it tough to figure out where I am.
3. If I have a Goto that is just west of the garrison, the path will call for flying to Exile's Rise and then running west.
