Old CT Damage Meter..?

I had CT a bit ago, and loved it. I've since removed it because my computer hasn't been handling too many things at once too well (music, Ventrilo, WoW, addons, etc).
There is one thing from CT that I recently decided to get: The damage meter.
I'm not sure when it was removed from the download, and I know it wasn't officially a CT mod, but it's something I really wanted, and cannot find now.
Does anyone know where I can get it?
