download/unzip problem

i have downloaded the 4.013 zip file through both firefox and internet explorer. each time i attempt to unzip to the wow interface i get the same message:

! C:\My Download Files\Carbonite-4.013.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged

that's if i try to use the extract function. if i simply double click i get the windows error message:

The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted.

I'm running Windows XP pro on this machine. I haven't had this problem with 2 previous builds that i have downloaded so i'm not sure what to do.

It sounds like the file is corrupted. Try downloading it again.

i have. both through internet explorer and firefox on the off chance that it was a browser issue. but i think i mentioned that.

It seems to be fine to me. Be sure that the download is completed before trying to open it is all that I can think of.
