Vulcan UI Sapphire v3 Non wide screen

Is there any way that the author of this UI or someone might be able to scale this down to something thats not widescreen that would work at a 1280x1024 screen resolution? I wouldn't know the first thing about how to do that kind of thing

I would also like to know if there is anyone out there that makes the graphic UI's on something that is not a widescreen, not everyone has them. Mine runs at 1152x864 anything else is too small (especially the chat windows). If anyone can help us plz do. I would like to find a graphic ui with the minimap in the bottom center with the action buttons on either side and am not having much luck and wouldn't know the first thing on how to create one.

PLZ someone, think of the regular resolutions, we are out there.
