New quest autotrack

My new quests aren't being automatically added to the quest tracker even though I have checked the appropriate boxes in the options. I have to manually right click the menu arrow and select watch all quests every time I get a new one. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I had a problem like this several years ago. I found out that there is an option in one of the right click menus (on the quest watch header) that will solve this. At least, I THINK it's a right click menu (see my signature)! It is under one of the "arrows" there (sorry, finally remembered it).
