Auctioneer problem

OK so i have been using auctioneer since the new version was released back in March. Yet a few days ago I was getting an error when opening the AH it told me that my UI is using XX amount of MB and I need to uninstall some mods. Well this is the 1st time since I have been playing that I have had this happen to me. SO i thought it was Auctioneer. So while I did not uninstall it i do not have it loaded. My question is how do I fix this? I have tried to lower even raise the MB usage in the addon tab yet that has failed to correct it.. Any ideas. Also is there a new version that i just do not see?

Just set the limit to 0MB on the addons screen (= no limit) - in 2.1 that box will disappear anyhow.

Try fence, it does the same thing and uses A LOT less memory.

Fence, eh? I may have to look into that as well. IMO Auctioneer is a memory hog. Not that it's a huge deal w/ 2 gigs of ram, but it's the principal.

It is a memory hog. All mods with large databases are memory hogs. But I eventually stopped using Auctioneer because my memory would sky rocket and max out at 130MBs, freezing my game. (This was before I really paid attention to performance in a UI.) It could have been from Auctioneer or a multitude of other things...
