pitbull4 issue? anyone else?

anyone else having issues with pitbull4, rather recently?

i have blank spaces set into my player frame..
and when i reload.. or relog or join game on any char, for that matter, my player frame becomes huge, as if the blank spaces arent there.. i have to bring up the pitbull config. and change the spacing of the player frame bars, and then put it back to normal.. this fixes the problem, only temporarily... as i have to do it every single time i relog or reload.

does anyone seem to be having similar issues?
