Atlaslootenhanced can be used in same time with Atlas?

For me Atlas didnt work and dont let me to change skills on spec bars!! i use Atlaslootenhanced too, this have all what atlas have? i dont think have maps and transportation

Atlas provides maps.

AtlasLoot Enhanced provides information about loot.

You can use one without the other.

Atlas does not do anything differently whether you have AtlasLoot Enhanced installed or not.

AtlasLoot Enhanced will integrate with Atlas if you have it installed, or use a standalone frame otherwise.

thanks, so im wonder if all have this problem, to cant change skills in tallent with Tome of the clear mind because is a message about Atlas blocked. Dont know what Atlas have to do with tallents window lol.

The error you are seeing is due to tainting of the default Blizzard UI. Atlas is likely being blamed without cause (not entirely true, but it isn't explicitly breaking the glyph UI).

The issue lies more with Blizzard, than with AddOn authors.

so what im doing? in addon page dont got a answer and im wonder if others have this problem too

You're not doing anything. One of your addons is touching some variable that some other addon touched 20 minutes before some other addon touched it, and then the Blizzard UI tried to read it and threw a fit for no reason. You might have an addon leaking a global, or you might not have any addons doing anything wrong at all, and it's entirely possible that if you disable Atlas, you will have the same problem but some other addon will get blamed for it.

There's not really anything you can do about it, unless you can reliably reproduce the problem with just one addon enabled, in which case all you can really do is report the problem to the author of that addon and hope they can figure out what the Blizzard UI is crying about.
