Best simple buff frame addon?

I am looking for a simple buff frame addon.

All i want it to do is make the debuffs larger. That it.

What is the best addon to do that?

There may be a better alternative that only supports the buff frame, but MoveAnything! will scale any frame in the UI.

As an alternative, you can just do BuffFrame:SetScale(1.2), for example.

PhanxBuffs does that by default. The debuffs are larger than the buffs.
