Updated TalkingHead mover.

All of the addons that used to move TalkingHead to me are out of date, and I need one for 8.2, it's annoying to have talkinghead below my character at the casterbar.

All I want is to move the talkinghead above my character, lets say on the y axis +400 or something.

P.s. MoveAnything isn't updated.
rTalkingHead isn't updated.

and I can't find one that is updated for 8.2, and I can't use those out of dated addons because one of them is causing my wow to disconnect randomly, and I can't figure out which one, so I decided to disable all out of dated addons, and I never disconnected.
