Problems With the Info Panel

I now have thes addons in my interface/addons folder:
-All the DBM folders
-nUI folder
-nUI_Config_GUI folder
-nUI_InfoPanel_Stats folder
-nUI_InfoPanel_DualStats folder
-OneBag3 folder

and none of my _InfoPanels are working. no matter how many times i press the info pannel button down in the right corner when im logged on wow, it never swiches to Stats or dualStats.
I have no idea of what im doing wrong, so please help me.

Stats and Dual Stats work with Omen and Recount. If you don't have those installed, then the Infopanels for them wont work.
