Binding action bars to alt+#, ctrl+#

First off, I want to achieve what I *think* this person has: http://www.wowinterface.com/download...iew.php?id=212

^ Noticing that the non-main action bar has A-1, A-2... etc. I'm assuming these are alt+# binds^


I've done the key bind part of the options menu, but none of the action bars seem to be displaying the text that the above picture shows. However, I'm wondering if my UI (built mostly off of IX compilation, but you can find all my files in the d/l section) has disabled this functionality. For one thing, alt+# is now a self cast... though even a shift/ctrl+# combo would be better than clicking, personally.


So, the direct question then, is how do i bind spells to ctrl/shift/alt+# if I'm using ?Telo's? selfcast mod, and ?BibMod? ?
