Quest ID 8554 Facing Negolash

This one is a bit tricky not sure how you would show it.

There is an intermediate step that has to be completed by taking 10 BBQ Buzzards Wings and 5 bottles of Junglevine Wine to a boat on the shore at 32.4,81.9

The quest tracker doesn't show the quest in the list. But then those two items are not really an objective per say, but the Smott's Cutlass is. Which Negolash drops when you intice him with the items in the life boat.

the third step to the quest is to turn in Smott's Cutlass to Captain Hecklebury Smotts at 26.29 73.59

There is no POI or ? on the Carbonite Map for the turn in point, until of course you are right on top of him and it shows in the mini map.
