Need help with replacing level Text with Icon

Hello WoW Interface community!

After many occasions of previous threads being very helpful for my own Addon/Interface creating journey, I decided to create an account here.

I am not a coder and new to LUA/Addon writing, previously only using addon.bool.no to create my addons from macros

I am almost done with my quest of completing my "perfect" player frame, but I wondered if this is even possible to accomplish.

My goal is to replace the text from "PlayerLevelText" (Where you can see "30" in my screenshot) with an Icon, depending if I am in Moonkin form or not. Now, I don't really know how to start/what to do and if it is even possible. It would be great if someone could help me!
