Chat box's text box?

This may seem silly but I cannot stand how the text box is under the chat box and I want to move it above the chat box frame. I like things linear and it's driving me insane that I have to keep this area on the bottom clear just for that darn box to type in.

Is there an addon or a way to move it above the chat box?

Some deal only with the edit box, some do a few things more, some are a whole toolbox of options for your chat windows.
