Baggins Bank

Hi, Sometimes when I go to the bank and right click the NPC ,my bank bags never show. And sometimes only a few items in my bank bag ( baggins ) will only show

If I right click an item from my DEFAULT bank to put the item in my bags, the BAGGINS bank items then will appear.

Anyone else had this problem?
