DBM - Options are empty

I just installed Real UI 8.x
and I have most of the options set to what i want, but the problem is with DBM.

I /dbm conf and when i go into DBM options, it is completely blank, so i am unable to make any changes to the dbm pop ups.

I have tried to turn off Real ui to change pos and even turned off dbm-real ui in the addon, I still unable to see DBM options.

i've even removed and reinstalled dbm with a fresh dbm folder, and it is still blank,

does anyone have any hints / tips to help me?

have you tried with just DBM enabled?

Two DBM updates ago I decided to do a "clean install" and deleted all of the DBM folders to reinstall it. Afterwards, I had no options and I was unable to see timers. Little did I know there is a DBM - RealUI folder which I inadvertently deleted in the process. When I copied that folder back, all was good again in the world and DBM. Hope this helps!

I have dbm real-ui as well, but when i go /dbm conf, and under options it is still blank.

my DBM works and all, but i cannot configure the DBM bars and popups at all.

I have, but the problem isnt that dbm does not work. it's that it DOES work, but I cannot see the options

Trying it with only DBM enabled is to check for conflicts with other addons, not to see if it works. Disable all addons except DBM, if the settings then work re-enable other addons one by one until you can't get the settings anymore.

Disabled everything except realui, i'm suspecting it's real ui that is not allowing me to change the options.

Further troubleshooting steps:
Deleted all DBM related files,
redownload realui and extracted the DBM-Real UI,
separately downloaded dbm from the dbm website through the link at the bottom of the real ui.

have no other addon enabled except for realui and dbm related addons.
still option screen is blank.
