Spell/talent proc addon
Does anyone know if there's an addon that will let you know when certain spells or talents come up, such as a Frost Mage's Fireball talent. I'm looking for one that'll popup text, not sound.

Try GoodNewsEveryone by tekkub. I was looking same functionality and liked this one.
