action bar that shows when silenced/spell lock etc?

I'm using Dominos and OmniCC but when I get silenced/counterspelled or any form of spell lock it does not show on my hotbars, they just look normal.

I remember before wotlk when I got say counterspelled it showed my spells faded out with the timer on them for the amount.

Any hotbars that still do this or other mods that would work with dominos?
