Autobar missing from Right Frame/Raid Frames wont go where they belong

I have no autobar for my potions and such in the right box. It appears for my hunter but not my second hunter or druid.

Raid frames will not appear at the bottom center (they are hanging in mid air over my head) for either the 70 hunter or Druid either?

Some direction would be appreciated - so far I'm loving it, just cannot live without raid frames and autobar
