Frame Movement Addon

I used MoveAnything for a long time, but its no longer in development.
Does someone know a simple Frame-Movement Addon with the same functionality (move any frame by name, hide any frame by name, get frame names by hovering over it with your mouse)?

i think CT_Mod has a option for that, it has been a while since i used it, im using DFM (discord frame modifier) for now (it is slightly less easy to use).

But CT_Mods have an option for it somewhere, it has all types of golden rings you can add to the frames then making it able to move m and such.
