MMOICons can't be found

WoW freaked out because Carbonite generated over 5k errors in about 2 minutes because of said file not being located . Did someone forget to add a folder to the zip ? : D

Sounds like it was unzipped incorrectly.

These files are in the zip file:
Carbonite\Gfx\Map\MMOIcons.tga
Carbonite\Gfx\Map\MMOIconsG.tga

Install it again. Make sure you have those files in that location.

reinstalled and this time deleted the old carbonite folders first, works fine.

Must be an old file that was still being loaded, that had a bad path or something.

I Looked at the zip file. I know the files are there.

The safest way to update an addon is to delete the old addon folder first. Then you won't have to worry about overwriting folders or files, since overwrite is apparently not working in your case.

I tried simply unzipping over the old installation again , and it failed again . When I deleted the old installation and installed a clean folder , it works . It's odd because as near as I can tell , it is overwriting all the folders and files correctly . Very odd indeed.
