issue with soulstones

I keep getting the message on my screen, "item doesnt go in that container". I open my bags and see 2 soulstones on my normal bags instead of inside my soul bags (soul bag has empty spaces). i try to put the soulstones back into the soul bag but I get the message above and the soulstone would go back to normal bag. Any ideas what is wrong?

Shardace is set to put your shards in bag 0 change this to bag four or which ever position your shard bag is and you wont have another problem.
